AN ACT ADDRESSING HOUSING SEGREGATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapters 127c, 128 and 627 of the general statutes be amended to create a more cohesive statutory structure to address housing segregation and that chapter 814c of the general statutes be amended to create a duty to advance fair housing.
Statement of Purpose:
To address housing segregation in Connecticut.
