AN ACT CONCERNING FAMILIES WITH SPECIALIZED NEEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 815t of the general statutes be amended to better serve families with specialized needs through the establishment of a new petition process.
