AN ACT CONCERNING A SHARED CUSTODY ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE AND THE PARENT OF A CHILD WITH SPECIALIZED NEEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 815t of the general statutes be amended to establish a temporary shared custody arrangement between the state and the parent of a child with specialized needs.
Statement of Purpose:
