AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO REVIEW PROBATE COURT PROCEDURES AND FEES IN MATTERS INVOLVING THE PARENT OF A CHILD WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to review Probate Court procedures and fees relating to a parent's utilization of the Probate Court system to become (1) a legal guardian of a minor child with disabilities, and (2) a conservator of an adult child with disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to review Probate Court procedures and fees in matters involving a parent of a child with disabilities.
