AN ACT ELIMINATING UNION REQUIREMENTS FOR TEACHERS, PROFESSORS AND INSTRUCTORS WHO WORK WITH INMATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate union requirements for teachers, professors and instructors who work with inmates.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate mandates for union requirements for teachers, professors and instructors who work with inmates.
