AN ACT CONCERNING BONUSES FOR STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to replace the current criteria for awarding bonuses to state employees with performance-based criteria that includes reducing costs and improving service.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage state employees to cut costs and find efficiencies.
