AN ACT CONCERNING HAZARDOUS DUTY PENSIONS FOR MUNICIPAL POWER LINE WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a hazardous duty pension for municipal power line workers.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipal power line workers to collect hazardous duty pensions.
