AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR FIRST RESPONDER DIVE TEAMS AND K9 SEARCH AND RESCUE PERSONNEL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require that first responder dive teams and canine search and rescue personnel be eligible for workers' compensation benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide workers' compensation coverage for first responder dive teams and canine rescue personnel.
