3434 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3636 That chapter 16 of the general statutes be amended to require the approval of two-thirds of the members of both chambers of the General Assembly for passage of any new or expanded unfunded mandate on municipalities.
