AN ACT CONCERNING STATE AND MUNICIPAL COLLABORATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that the state collaborate with municipalities to develop a plan for the protection of behaviorally, developmentally or physically impaired individuals.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the state collaborate with municipalities to develop a plan for the protection of vulnerable individuals.
