AN ACT CONCERNING VOTING AND REGIONAL COUNCILS OF GOVERNMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-124k of the general statutes be amended to prohibit proportional voting in the affairs of regional councils of governments.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit proportional voting in the affairs of regional councils of governments.
