AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGIONAL PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-124s of the general statutes be amended to revise the requirements governing the submission of proposals under the regional performance incentive program to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and to require the secretary to establish priority funding project designations for said program.
Statement of Purpose:
To revise the requirements governing the submission of proposals under the regional performance incentive program and to require the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to establish priority funding project designations for said program.
