AN ACT CONCERNING MODIFICATIONS TO URBAN STREET DESIGN GUIDELINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit modifications to guidelines for urban street design, including, but not limited to, new uses of parking spots, rules for one-way to one-way intersections and lower speed limits.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the safety, economic life and vibrancy of urban streets.
