AN ACT CONCERNING LOW-INCOME ELDERLY RESIDENTS WITH DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to assist low-income elderly residents at risk of losing their homes due to delinquent property taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To help low-income elderly residents stay in their homes.
