AN ACT ESTABLISHING UNIFORM APPEALS PROCESSES FOR DISPUTED PROPERTY AND MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ASSESSMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) establish an appeals processes for disputed property tax assessments, and (2) require the Department of Motor Vehicles to establish an appeals process for disputed motor vehicle tax assessments.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish appeals processes for wrongly taxed residents.
