AN ACT CONCERNING CORPORATE BUSINESS TAX RELIEF FOR BUSINESSES THAT RELOCATE TO CONNECTICUT AND CREATE MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED JOBS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide ten years of relief from the corporation business tax to new businesses and businesses that relocate to the state and create more than two hundred jobs.

Statement of Purpose: 

To give ten years of tax relief for creating more than two hundred jobs in the state.
