3030 That section 10-204a of the general statutes be amended to require any parent or guardian who presents a statement that the immunizations under said section would be contrary to the religious beliefs of such parent or guardian or his or her child to have attended a science-based educational session regarding the efficacy and safety of vaccines prior to such child being exempted
