AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPOSITION OF A SURCHARGE ON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose a surcharge of nineteen per cent on investment management services fees, such surcharge to be effective upon the passage of similar legislation by Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax parity.
