AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM AND SYSTEM TO ASSIST BUSINESSES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Administrative Services to (1) establish a program to assist businesses located in the state to better thrive in the state, and (2) develop a point-based system to help businesses located in the state to obtain more contracts for state projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To help businesses in the state thrive.
