AN ACT CONCERNING MEMBERSHIP OF THE STATE HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-59f of the general statutes be amended to expand the membership of the State Health Information Technology Advisory Council to ensure that the appropriate stakeholders are represented to allow for the development of the State-wide Health Information Exchange under section 17b-59d of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the development of the State-wide Health Information Exchange.
