AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE THE FILING OF FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS BY PERSONS WHO ARE INCARCERATED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to examine the increased filing of frivolous lawsuits by persons who are incarcerated.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force that shall examine the increased filing of frivolous lawsuits by persons who are incarcerated.
