| 9 | 28 | Section 1. Subsection (d) of section 19a-12e of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2017): | |

The health care professional shall be deemed to satisfy this obligation if the health care professional seeks intervention with the assistance program. | |
