AN ACT REPEALING PROVISION REGARDING INVOLUNTARY RETIREMENT AND TEMPORARY RETENTION FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 7-430 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective from passage)

Statement of Purpose:
To modify the municipal employees' retirement system by repealing provision regarding involuntary retirement and temporary retention of certain members of the system.
