AN ACT CONCERNING THE MOBILE MANUFACTURED HOME ADVISORY COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Not later than December 31, 2017, and annually thereafter, the Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council established pursuant to section 21-84a of the general statutes shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to mobile homes and occupational licensing. Such report shall include recommendations as to whether the number of mobile manufactured home parks in the state and the membership of said council should be increased.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
