The division shall be responsible for the provision of educational programs beyond secondary education in aviation maintenance, licensed practical nursing, and any other program deemed necessary by the technical high school system board. Any student admitted for enrollment in an aviation maintenance program, licensed practical nursing program or other such program deemed necessary by the board shall have a high school diploma or its equivalent, or be over twenty-one years of age. | |
