RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE FLEMMING L. NORCOTT, JR. OF NEW HAVEN TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Flemming L. Norcott, Jr. of New Haven to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from February 17, 2017, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
