RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF KATHERINE SCHARF DYKES OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A UTILITY COMMISSIONER OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Katherine Scharf Dykes of West Hartford to be a utility commissioner of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, to serve a term ending October 24, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said utility commissioner for said term.
