RESOLUTION APPLYING TO THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS TO CONVENE A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the General Assembly apply to Congress, in accordance with Article V of the United State Constitution, for the purpose of calling a convention to propose amendments to said Constitution.
Statement of Purpose:
To request that Congress call a constitutional convention under Article V of the United States Constitution.
