28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Connecticut General Assembly to reduce food waste and to provide assistance to food-insecure individuals throughout the state; and |

30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, Section 52-557l of the Connecticut General Statutes provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for good-faith donors of food to bona fide charitable or nonprofit organizations; and |
