RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF AVIVA D. BUDD OF STAMFORD TO BE APPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Aviva D. Budd of Stamford to be appointed a member of the Board of Regents for Higher Education, to serve a term ending June 30, 2022, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term.
