RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MICHAEL R. RICCI OF GUILFORD TO BE APPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE EDUCATION ARBITRATION BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Michael R. Ricci of Guilford to be appointed a member of the Education Arbitration Board, as a neutral arbitrator, to serve for a term ending June 30, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
