RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF DONALD HARRIS JR. OF BLOOMFIELD TO BE APPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Donald Harris, Jr. of Bloomfield to be appointed a member of the State Board of Education, to serve a term beginning March 1, 2017, and ending February 28, 2021, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, in succession to Theresa Hopkins-Staten, and he is appointed said member for said term.
