RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DENY THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF MELISSA STEINHILPER, ADMINISTRATRIX OF THE ESTATE OF AMANDA MONINGTON AND REMANDING THE CLAIM TO THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER FOR A HEARING ON THE MERITS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23660 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Melissa Steinhilper, administratrix of the estate of Amanda Monington, is vacated and the claim is remanded to the Claims Commissioner for a hearing on the merits.
