RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE RICHARD N. PALMER OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE AN ASSOCIATE JUDGE OF THE SUPREME COURT AND A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Richard N. Palmer of West Hartford to be an Associate Judge of the Supreme Court and a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from March 17, 2017, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed an Associate Judge of the Supreme Court and a Judge of the Superior Court for said term.
