RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MOTKUE A. BOWLES OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Motkue A. Bowles of West Hartford to be a member of the Judicial Review Council, as a person who is not a judge or attorney-at-law, to serve for a term ending March 15, 2021, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
