PROPOSED RESOLUTION MEMORIALIZING CONGRESS TO PRESERVE PLUM ISLAND AS A WILDLIFE REFUGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the General Assembly memorialize Congress to preserve Plum Island as a wildlife refuge.
Statement of Purpose:
To avoid the sale of Plum Island to the highest bidder and preserve the wildlife that inhabits the island.
