AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCOME TAX DEDUCTION FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to provide a deduction from the personal income tax for out-of-pocket medical expenses paid throughout the year.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a deduction from the personal income tax for out-of-pocket medical expenses.
