AN ACT CONCERNING ADVANCE NOTICE OF GUIDELINES AND BULLETINS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-10 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Social Services to issue advance notice of guidelines or bulletins sixty days prior to issuance of such guidelines and bulletins.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve government transparency.
