2828 That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of Transportation from erecting signage to identify roads, bridges and highways named in memory of a person or in commemoration of an organization for two years and to require the department to create a registry of existing roads, bridges and highways that are named in memory of a person or in commemoration of an organization.
