2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

(NEW) (Effective July 1, 2017) Not later than October 1, 2017, the Department of Public Health shall raise public awareness regarding the link between obesity and beverages with added sugars, sweeteners and artificial sweeteners by posting a link on its Internet web site to the information located on the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Internet web site concerning healthy weight and reducing caloric intake by making different beverage choices.
