| 28 | 28 | That section 10-157 of the general statutes be amended to permit the legislative body of any town with (1) a population of fewer than ten thousand, (2) no more than two public schools located in the town, and (3) a resident student population of fewer than two thousand, to eliminate the position of superintendent of schools for the school district of such town and permit a school principal to perform the functions of a superintendent. | |
