AN ACT REQUIRING CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS CHECKS OF PRINCIPALS OF PROSPECTIVE STATE CONTRACTORS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 4a-100 of the general statutes be amended to require all principals of prospective state contractors to submit to criminal history records checks in accordance with section 29-17a of the general statutes.

Statement of Purpose: 

To require all principals of prospective state contractors to submit to criminal history records checks.
