AN ACT CONCERNING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AFFECTING STATE MARSHALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 78 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a state marshal from simultaneously serving as a municipal constable.
Statement of Purpose:
To avoid conflicts of interest for state marshals.
