AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITIES CREATING JOINT PURCHASING AGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipal electric utilities to create joint purchasing agencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow cooperative purchasing by municipal electric utilities.
