AN ACT REPEALING SECTIONS REGARDING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENERGY COOPERATIVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 101a of the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal sections regarding municipal electric energy cooperatives.
