2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That section 10-221a of the general statutes be amended to create a three-tiered high school diploma system in which a student may be awarded a college-bound diploma, a technical or trade diploma or a functional-living diploma.
