AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CAUSE OF ACTION FOR RECOVERY FOR NEGLIGENT INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS BASED ON DAMAGE TO, OR LOSS OF, PERSONAL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to establish a cause of action for recovery for negligent infliction of emotional distress based on damage to, or loss of, personal property.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a cause of action for recovery for negligent infliction of emotional distress based on damage to, or loss of, personal property.
