AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF AMMUNITION AT GUN CLUBS AND FIREARM RANGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 29-38m of the general statutes be amended to permit gun clubs and firearm ranges to sell ammunition for use at such club or range to any person without requiring such person to hold a valid ammunition certificate.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit gun clubs and firearm ranges to sell ammunition for use at such club or range.
