AN ACT REPEALING THE TAX ON AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER GROSS RECEIPTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-263i of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate the tax on the gross receipts of ambulatory surgical centers.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the burden of health care costs.
