AN ACT PHASING OUT THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to phase out the estate tax over a five-year period, with a reduction each year of twenty per cent of the tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the estate tax over a period of five years.
